Laten we het hebben over de productie van sperma"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Laten we eerlijk zijn: de productie van sperma is niet bepaald hoofditem in de meeste lessen seksuele voorlichting. Die plaats gaat meestal naar onhandige condoomdemo's (we zien je, bananen). Maar als je hoopt op een dag vader te worden, is het super handig om te weten hoe sperma wordt gemaakt - en hoe lang sperma kan leven.<\/p>\n<p>Het helpt je vooruit te plannen, je <strong>vruchtbaar venster<\/strong>En voel je een beetje meer in controle, vooral als je te maken hebt met vruchtbaarheidsuitdagingen. De wetenschap kan veel lijken, maar maak je geen zorgen - we hebben het allemaal uitgesplitst in deze eenvoudige gids.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"how-long-does-sperm-production-take-\">Hoe lang duurt de spermaproductie?<\/h2>\n<p>Vruchtbare mannen zijn in feite spermafabrieken - ze produceren voortdurend <strong>miljoenen zaadcellen<\/strong>. Maar het proces gaat niet over \u00e9\u00e9n nacht ijs. Het duurt ongeveer <strong>72 dagen<\/strong> om nieuw sperma aan te maken en te laten rijpen.<\/p>\n<p>Hier is de uitsplitsing:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Het begint in de <strong>hypothalamus<\/strong>waardoor de hormoonproductie op gang komt.<\/li>\n<li>Hormonen zoals <strong>LH<\/strong> en <strong>FSH<\/strong> reizen naar de testikels, waar ze de aanmaak van sperma op gang brengen.<\/li>\n<li>In de testikels, in de <strong>zaadbuizen<\/strong>De zaadcellen beginnen zich te vormen.<\/li>\n<li>Na 50-60 dagen verhuizen ze naar de <strong>bijbal<\/strong> waar ze verder rijpen (dit duurt nog eens 10-14 dagen).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In totaal duurt het dus ongeveer 2,5 tot 3 maanden om een gloednieuwe partij sperma te produceren.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Dr. Fatin Willendrup<\/strong>hoofd medische zaken bij <em>ExSeed Gezondheid<\/em> zegt:<br \/>\n\"Mannen moeten minstens 3-6 maanden van tevoren beginnen met hun preconceptieplan om een gezonde groei te ondersteunen. <strong>spermatogenese<\/strong> en verhogen de kans op <strong>bevruchting van de eicel<\/strong>.\"<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2 id=\"how-long-do-sperm-live-for-\">Hoe lang leeft sperma?<\/h2>\n<p>Zodra het sperma rijp is en klaar om te rollen, wordt het opgeslagen in de <strong>bijbal<\/strong> tot de zaadlozing. Wanneer je ejaculeert, vermengt het sperma zich met zaadvocht tot <strong>sperma<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Dit is de levensduur:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Buiten het lichaam (zoals in een tissue, sok of <em>bubbelbad<\/em>), <strong>sperma kan overleven<\/strong> slechts een paar minuten.<\/li>\n<li>Binnen de <strong>vrouwelijk voortplantingssysteem<\/strong>, <strong>sperma kan leven<\/strong> tot <strong>3-5 dagen<\/strong> - vooral tijdens de <strong>vruchtbaar venster<\/strong> wanneer <strong>baarmoederhalsslijm<\/strong> is meer <strong>spermavriendelijk<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Seks rond de <strong>tijdstip van ovulatie<\/strong> geeft sperma de beste kans om de <strong>eileiders<\/strong> en ontmoet het ei.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dus ja, seks een paar dagen voor de eisprong kan nog steeds tot zwangerschap leiden - die zwemmers zijn taaier dan ze eruit zien!<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"what-does-this-mean-for-my-preconception-plan-\">Wat betekent dit voor mijn preconceptieplan?<\/h2>\n<p>Als je serieus een baby wilt, is de <strong>menstruatiecyclus<\/strong> van je partner is niet de enige tijdlijn waar je aan moet denken.
